In this video, you will see how Camdelen Construction donated roofing materials and labor to replace the roof of Project Share, a charity that helps feed the homeless. The roofing contractors spent the day replacing the 30-year-old damaged roof that leaked when it rained. Mr. Peter Rinn of Project Share was grateful for the support and said the old roof had three layers of rotten roof, and the leaks would disrupt the dinners and meals they prepared for their homeless members. Project Share volunteers say they are very grateful for the new roof and will prepare meals for roof contractors working on the new roof.
It’s not easy being homeless.
You don’t know what you’ll get or when, but one thing is certain, Project Share, a St. Martins Hospitality Center program, in Albuquerque will provide a daily home cooked dinner meal. They have been serving the homeless dinner from 5 to 6 pm daily. Helped by some 400 volunteers, they work hard every day so that no one goes without food or shelter in their time of need. It’s all about giving back home cooking for this family-friendly environment.
