Did you know that Tesla has recently introduced its new semi truck models? These trucks are only primarily being used by the international superpower PepsiCo, but it’s still an exciting development in the world of electric vehicles and environmental innovation! These trucks are designed similarly to regular trucks, complete with a durable engine and semi truck driveshaft, but they appear much more sleek and modern. Instead of the traditional boxy look of a semi truck, Tesla semis have a much more smooth and round aesthetic. In this video, we’ll learn more about how the Tesla semi actually holds up in the trucking industry.
Let’s get started!
PepsiCo placed their order for the innovative Tesla semi way back in 2017, when the technology was still on the horizon. Now, they are the first large brand to have their own fleet! Walmart and Fedex are next in line, however, to get their own fleet of the vehicles. What sets the Tesla semi apart is that it makes trucking look stunning! While semis aren’t necessarily dominating the California roads, they are some of the leading causes of vehicle emissions. In this way, the new Tesla semis can make a big change in the environment!
